What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Lead Conversion, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Design and implement Experience Cloud portals, ensuring responsive design and accessibility across devices.
• Develop and optimize custom logic and components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage integrations with NetSuite and other ERP systems using MuleSoft, Boomi, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement and configure App Exchange products such as DocuSign, Conga Composer, and OwnBackup.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Sales and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash processes.
• Proficiency in Apex and LWC development.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
• Must be based in Toronto or Ottawa, Canada.
