What you will do

• Develop and configure AI-powered features in Service Cloud including Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, and Generative AI tools to automate workflows.
• Build custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce optimized for AI compatibility and data readiness.
• Use AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot or Salesforce Einstein for Developers to accelerate SDLC including unit tests and refactoring.
• Provide expert guidance to US-based clients on Service Cloud best practices and AI feature adoption.
• Integrate Service Cloud with external data sources and AI models for unified Customer 360 view.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases focusing on Agentforce and Data Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Development.
• Deep understanding of Service Cloud features and implementing Einstein for Service and generative AI.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce with focus on AI-ready code.
• Prompt engineering for LLM integrations in Salesforce.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving for complex integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and object-oriented programming.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, Platform Developer I).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Vector Databases.
• Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).
