What you will do

• Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules, focusing on Procurement and Sourcing.
• Configure approval workflows, business rules, templates, and sourcing events.
• Support the CLM module, including contracts, clauses, and approval processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional Coupa configurations.
• Provide production support (KTLO), troubleshoot data issues, and build business reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT to manage Coupa integrations with ERPs and middleware.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Coupa administration.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Proven experience configuring workflows, custom fields, forms, and templates.
• Practical experience with Coupa CLM configuration.
• Ability to collaborate across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT departments.
• Must be based in Colombia or Mexico

Nice to have

• CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization) knowledge or certification.
• Familiarity with Coupa integrations (cXML, CSV, REST APIs).
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or QAD.
• Previous experience as a Business, Functional, or Systems Analyst.
