What you will do

• Provide functional administration and operational support for the Process Unity platform across multiple entities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve IT incidents and ensure the continuity of business processes.
• Manage ticket tracking and incident handling using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Support ongoing maintenance and system stability through reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the Center of Excellence by addressing functional requests and operational topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT Support roles.
• Proven experience working in financial or risk-related environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Process Unity platform or similar GRC/Risk tools.
• Knowledge of LOA-related activities.
