What you will do

• Analyze current business applications and internal business processes to identify improvement areas.
• Translate business needs into documented functional requirements for small to large complex IT projects.
• Perform functional configuration and support for Cloud platform based applications.
• Collaborate with technical resources to ensure a clear understanding of functional requirements for implementation.
• Prepare and execute test cases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Document all configuration and changes implemented according to best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience or equivalent domain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing business requirements and executing user test cases.
• Proficiency in the design, implementation, and support of business applications.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mason, OH, US.
