What you will do

• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to production release.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for backoffice systems, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines and resource allocation.
• Organize and lead project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with product teams.
• Track performance via KPIs and provide regular sprint reporting to stakeholders (Product, CTO, PM, BA, IT).
• Facilitate collaboration between design, business analysts, IT, development, QA, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience.
• English proficiency at B1+ (Intermediate) level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills for risk identification and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Previous technical background (e.g., QA Engineer, Developer, Business Analyst).
• Experience in a product company or iGaming industry.
• Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
