What you will do
- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to production release.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for backoffice systems, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines and resource allocation.
- Organize and lead project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with product teams.
- Track performance via KPIs and provide regular sprint reporting to stakeholders (Product, CTO, PM, BA, IT).
- Facilitate collaboration between design, business analysts, IT, development, QA, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience.
- English proficiency at B1+ (Intermediate) level or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall practices.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional distributed teams.
- Strong analytical skills for risk identification and data-driven decision-making.
Nice to have
- Previous technical background (e.g., QA Engineer, Developer, Business Analyst).
- Experience in a product company or iGaming industry.
- Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
