What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of requester customers as the primary delivery point of contact.
- Guide customers on utilizing the Portal, building request lists, and leveraging data products.
- Collaborate with Sales (Relationship Managers) to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to drive product enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure delivery of disclosure request services according to SLAs and purchased product terms.
- Maintain expertise in environmental disclosure frameworks, specifically Scope 3 emissions.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Business proficiency in English (required for North American accounts).
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, deforestation, and water security.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Must be based in Sao Paulo or within commutable distance for hybrid work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
