TL;DR

Customer Success Account Manager (Sustainability): Managing a portfolio of requester customers for environmental disclosure systems with an accent on Scope 3 emissions and nature-related impacts. Focus on optimizing customer journeys, enhancing portal utilization, and driving retention through proactive engagement.

Location: Hybrid (Sao Paulo, Brazil) - must be within commutable distance, 2 days/week in office

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of requester customers as the primary delivery point of contact.
  • Guide customers on utilizing the Portal, building request lists, and leveraging data products.
  • Collaborate with Sales (Relationship Managers) to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to drive product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure delivery of disclosure request services according to SLAs and purchased product terms.
  • Maintain expertise in environmental disclosure frameworks, specifically Scope 3 emissions.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Business proficiency in English (required for North American accounts).
  • Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, deforestation, and water security.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Must be based in Sao Paulo or within commutable distance for hybrid work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of Scope 3 emissions and value chain risks.
