What you will do

• Work with AI tools to accelerate design processes and innovate product designs for growth metrics like MAU, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with design and product leadership to define and execute forward-thinking design strategies.
• Create and validate design hypotheses through A/B tests and iterative experimentation.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and assets in Figma and AI tools like Figma AI and Claude.
• Contribute to interaction design, motion concepts, and design system maintenance.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, documented designs and ship experiments end-to-end.

Requirements

• Must be US-based for remote work
• 5+ years product design experience with strong portfolio in visual craft, interaction design, and AI usage (e.g., Claude, Figma AI).
• Mobile-first design for iOS and Android.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI design tools to enhance workflow speed, quality, and exploration.
• Expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping).
• Strong visual design skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish.
• Solid interaction design and user-centered thinking; comfortable with feedback and collaboration.

• Familiarity with building or contributing to design systems.
