What you will do

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and ASA/Firepower firewalls.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi solutions, including RF optimization and secure guest access.
• Design and manage high-availability server environments using Microsoft Hyper-V (Failover Clustering) and AWS.
• Provide expert-level support for Windows Server (2016/2025) and Ubuntu Linux.
• Manage and optimize critical network services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory/LDAP.
• Handle data center cabling and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations or System Administration, with at least 2 years in a senior-level capacity.
• Proficiency in Cisco Networking (Routing, Switching, Firewalls) and Cisco Meraki (Wireless, SD-WAN).
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and AWS (EC2, VPC, S3).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (AD, GPO) and Linux (SSH, Bash scripting).
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCNA or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international team members and partners.
