Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Provide L2 support and contribute to L3 troubleshooting for cloud and on-prem applications.
- Diagnose and resolve software, configuration, and data-related issues using SQL and log analysis.
- Monitor application health and respond to incidents to restore service within defined SLAs.
- Support AWS, Azure, and virtualized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
- Assist with CI/CD deployments using tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Maintain runbooks and technical documentation to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application support, cloud operations, or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting ability.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Understanding of REST/JSON APIs and general application architectures.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
