Location: Remote, must be based in LATAM or Europe

is building payment infrastructure that allows companies to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API, leveraging AI for smart routing and fraud prevention.
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and solve customer problems.
- Create clear solutions ranging from early wireframes and concepts to polished, production-ready prototypes.
- Run customer testing workshops to validate assumptions and ensure designs solve real user problems.
- Iterate on projects based on key performance metrics and user research insights.
- Contribute to the evolution of 's scalable and cohesive design system.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience designing complex commercial digital products in-house.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across web, iOS, and Android is required.
- Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Clean visual design sensibility, including typography, grid systems, and component design.
- Must be located in LATAM or Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS products.
- Ability to code simple prototypes using HTML/CSS, Framer, or similar tools.
- Experience designing or maintaining design systems at scale.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
