What you will do

• Lead live, interactive training sessions and workshops for professional developers to integrate AI coding tools into their workflows.
• Create core educational content, including lessons, manuals, guides, and final project assessments.
• Develop reusable technical materials such as prompt libraries, code snippets, and challenge tasks.
• Define strategic curriculum direction and decompose AI skills into competency maps and learning roadmaps.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with industry standards.
• Review and update course content based on student feedback and emerging AI trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in Golang, Kotlin, Swift, C++, Android, or iOS.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot in real development workflows.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Proven track record in engineering advocacy, tech leadership, or mentoring.
• Ability to commit approximately 10–15 hours per week.
