What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality technical courses, videos, and sample applications based on existing hirify.global documentation.
• Identify gaps in the course catalog and develop new learning paths for different graph use cases.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, including Developer Relations, Product Management, and R&D.
• Translate complex technical subject matter into clear and simple educational content.
• Provide feedback on hirify.global offerings to improve the overall user learning experience.

Requirements

• Background in education or technical writing.
• Proven experience creating video content with visual aids to break down complex topics.
• Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels.
• Strong command of the English language (writing and speaking).
• Experience working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GenAI frameworks.
• Experience with software development, databases, data engineering, or machine learning.
• Expertise in RAG, Context Engineering, or integrating data across cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
