What you will do

• Deliver high-quality instruction on Data, AI, and Technical Literacy for professional audiences in government and defense.
• Instruct courses on Data Governance, Responsible Data Access, Excel-based analysis, and Power BI fundamentals.
• Facilitate executive-level courses to translate complex data and AI concepts into decision-oriented insights for senior leaders.
• Lead virtual Data Literacy and Data Strategy workshops across various time zones, including CET.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and data scientists to refine curriculum accuracy and effectiveness.
• Engage with client stakeholders to identify additional training needs related to data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen based in Europe.
• Must be able to travel to Germany for in-person sessions.
• U.S. military background or experience supporting military, government, or defense-sector clients.
• Experience delivering instruction or workshops to adult learners in professional settings (virtual and in-person).
• Demonstrated executive presence with experience briefing senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Data Literacy, Data Governance, Excel, or Power BI.
