Salary: $85,200 – $139,810

What you will do

• Address equipment, process, and product issues in real time to ensure 24x7 lot movement.
• Perform tool troubleshooting, recipe modifications, and PIL reviews/approvals.
• Execute non-standard procedures, including visual inspections and engineering scans.
• Write and update specifications and RFCs in collaboration with tool owners and defect reduction teams.
• Manage structured passdowns between shifts to ensure effective issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 1+ years of experience, or a Master's degree.
• Experience with defect metrology, yield tool sustenance, RFC setup, and SPC.
• Ability to support night and weekend shifts over extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging or substrate manufacturing.
