What you will do

  • Optimize the Product Service Life Cycle (SLC) through retrofits, calibrations, and diagnostics.
  • Resolve critical customer issues by analyzing data and developing detailed plans of action.
  • Manage spares obsolescence risk and collaborate with the Spares Planning team to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Work with Operations Quality to drive part quality issues from the field to closure.
  • Evaluate the serviceability of custom one-offs (RFEs) for flagship models.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for mature and volume PLCs, guiding legacy products to end of service.

Requirements

  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a Doctorate.
  • Experience with Capital Reticle Equipment within hirify.global or the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Python, Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
  • Experience with manufacturing control systems (ERP, PLM) and customer management systems (CRM).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Milpitas, CA.
