What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic operations programs aligned with long-term vision
• Oversee planning, delivery, and monitoring of multiple operations programs with timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation
• Partner with senior leadership across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance for seamless integration
• Manage PFEP process, inventory forecasting, logistics, and PLM sustaining processes
• Establish KPIs, conduct reviews, facilitate communication, and manage budgets and personnel allocation
• Mentor OPM team, foster collaboration, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• 10+ years in operations management, 5+ years leading teams
• Experience managing complex, large-scale programs in manufacturing or supply chain
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and collaborative tools
• Proficiency in program management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-informed problem-solving
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and stakeholder relationship building
