What you will do
- Define and launch the Executive Transformation Program, including strategy, operating model, build sessions, and cohorts with tangible workflows.
- Convert executive experiences into account motions, ensuring ownership, internal champions, and connections to sales pursuits and expansion.
- Run embedded experiences, producing transformation memos, artifacts, videos, agent patterns, and enablement assets.
- Represent field learnings on org readiness, compliance, and data back to Product, Solutions, and GTM teams.
- Build the operating system with staffing, measurement, quality standards, and repeatable assets to scale the program.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution, align stakeholders, and measure indicators like engagement, champion creation, and adoption.
Requirements
- 12+ years in B2B technology across executive enablement, field marketing, transformation consulting, customer success, or enterprise GTM
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/teams
- Proven experience designing executive-facing workshops, communities, or transformation programs for senior decision-makers
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agent workflows; credible with technical teams
- Strong program-management discipline, executive presence, and data-driven mindset
