What you will do

• Define and launch the Executive Transformation Program, including strategy, operating model, build sessions, and cohorts with tangible workflows.
• Convert executive experiences into account motions, ensuring ownership, internal champions, and connections to sales pursuits and expansion.
• Run embedded experiences, producing transformation memos, artifacts, videos, agent patterns, and enablement assets.
• Represent field learnings on org readiness, compliance, and data back to Product, Solutions, and GTM teams.
• Build the operating system with staffing, measurement, quality standards, and repeatable assets to scale the program.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution, align stakeholders, and measure indicators like engagement, champion creation, and adoption.

Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B technology across executive enablement, field marketing, transformation consulting, customer success, or enterprise GTM
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/teams
• Proven experience designing executive-facing workshops, communities, or transformation programs for senior decision-makers
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agent workflows; credible with technical teams
• Strong program-management discipline, executive presence, and data-driven mindset
