TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Lead (SaaS): Owning the full customer lifecycle campaign function and leading a team of Campaign Managers to drive prospect conversion, activation, and retention with an accent on AI-driven automation and scalability. Focus on designing end-to-end journeys for both self-serve and sales-assisted motions to increase revenue and product adoption.

What you will do

  • Define and refine the end-to-end campaign strategy for prospect conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Managers, setting high standards for quality and strategic thinking.
  • Oversee integrated campaign execution across email, in-app, and other owned channels.
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automated workflows to supercharge team impact and experimentation velocity.
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on shared OKRs.
  • Design seamless lifecycle programs that cater to both self-serve and sales-assisted customer motions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle or integrated campaigns marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as MQLs, pipeline, activation, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills to interrogate campaign data and turn insights into experimentation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Location: Must be based in the USA

  • Experience working in a dual-motion B2B environment (self-serve and sales-assisted).
