What you will do
- Define and refine the end-to-end campaign strategy for prospect conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Managers, setting high standards for quality and strategic thinking.
- Oversee integrated campaign execution across email, in-app, and other owned channels.
- Implement AI-powered tools and automated workflows to supercharge team impact and experimentation velocity.
- Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on shared OKRs.
- Design seamless lifecycle programs that cater to both self-serve and sales-assisted customer motions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle or integrated campaigns marketing.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as MQLs, pipeline, activation, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills to interrogate campaign data and turn insights into experimentation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Location: Must be based in the USA
