What you will do

• Deliver training programmes via classroom, online, webinar, and one-to-one settings.
• Design and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises.
• Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders and learners.
• Prepare and maintain IT equipment and online learning platforms for training sessions.
• Act as technical support lead during live sessions to resolve system issues.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU is required.
• Above average IT skills and a basic grasp of IP networking.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in presenting to others.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical systems.
