What you will do

• Process high-volume invoices with 2-way/3-way PO matching
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Handle payments via ACH and checks
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close
• Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records following AP procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
