What you will do

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and manage electronic transfers, ACH, and Wire payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies professionally.
  • Maintain organized accounts payable records and coordinate annual 1099 tax form filings.
  • Administer corporate credit cards and calculate monthly credit card accruals.
  • Review expense reports for compliance against company policies.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team for new vendor setups and support the accounting team with documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AP and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tipalti, Concur, and NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations related to accounts payable.
