What you will do

• Supervise a small team of analysts and manage the full invoice lifecycle for approximately 10 legal entities.
• Prepare daily and weekly cash forecasts for Corporate Treasury based on projected disbursements.
• Oversee daily operations with the BPO partner (Genpact) to maintain transaction queues accurately.
• Perform monthly liability account reconciliations and ensure all GL entries are posted to avoid discrepancies.
• Maintain governance documentation and lead stakeholder calls to ensure global standardization.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global’s Financial Policies, SOX, and Audit Certification tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of related experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Full knowledge of accounting principles and balance sheet/income statement impacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and Oracle (On-Prem or Cloud preferred).
• Must be based in East Aurora, New York.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime during month-end periods and for periodic calls in different time zones.
