What you will do

• Own end-to-end M&A and strategic transactions across semiconductor test and adjacent capital equipment segments.
• Lead deal strategy, valuation framing, and execution from early evaluation through closing.
• Direct cross-functional deal teams spanning engineering, product management, finance, legal, and HR.
• Evaluate target technologies including hardware architectures, software platforms, and IP portfolios.
• Prepare investment theses and transaction recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support post-close alignment and transition planning to realize deal intent and technology priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex M&A or strategic transactions within large technology companies.
• Prior experience in technology-focused investment banking or equivalent transaction roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience working as an engineer earlier in career (e.g., product, systems, or software engineering).
• Master's degree from a top-tier business school.
