TL;DR

hirify.global is a fast-growing AgTech company optimizing the crop input supply chain for manufacturers and retailers.

What you will do

  • Translate manufacturer go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing and sales plans to drive measurable results across the hirify.global network.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational partner for leading crop protection, seed, and fertilizer manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with manufacturer field sales organizations, interfacing with district managers and regional leads to ensure ground-level buy-in and execution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute activation plans that increase sales and marketing efficiencies.
  • Conduct business reviews and strategy sessions using data-driven narratives to articulate the value of successful activations.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, account management, brand management, or customer success within the agriculture input supply chain.
  • Direct exposure to manufacturer-side go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with manufacturer field sales teams (district managers, territory reps).
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Pre-existing relationships with crop input suppliers.
  • Experience in AgTech.
