What you will do
- Translate manufacturer go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing and sales plans to drive measurable results.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day operational partner for leading crop protection, seed, and fertilizer manufacturers.
- Coordinate directly with manufacturer field sales organizations, including district managers and territory reps, to ensure ground-level execution.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build activation plans that maximize sales and marketing efficiencies.
- Execute data-driven business reviews and strategy sessions to articulate the value of successful activations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, account management, brand management, or customer success within the agriculture input supply chain.
- Direct experience with manufacturer-side go-to-market planning and execution.
- Demonstrated track record of coordinating with manufacturer field sales teams and aligning them toward shared goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
