What you will do

• Optimize Roblox page visuals, including thumbnails and icons, through iterative testing.
• Collaborate with artists to brief and refine visual concepts for on-platform discovery.
• Create and manage engaging short-form content for Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Execute growth experiments with creators and YouTubers to drive player acquisition.
• Analyze performance dashboards to identify winning strategies and optimize assets.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the Roblox platform as a player or creator.
• Experience with Roblox discovery mechanics (thumbnails, icons, descriptions).
• Proven ability to create and manage content for major social platforms.
• Understanding of sports fan engagement, specifically American football (NFL).
• Ability to produce and edit short-form gameplay videos.
• Must be based in Canada, LATAM, or the UK and work in CST/EST time zones.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with Roblox games or UGC communities.
• Knowledge of SEO and performance-driven content testing.
