What you will do

  • Execute lead generation campaigns to meet annual sales targets and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement, retention, and acquisition across organic and paid channels like PPC, social media, events, and content.
  • Manage marketing team members, oversee campaign implementation from idea to execution, and track performance against plans.
  • Create and optimize content for website, email marketing, social media, press releases, and product launches in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor website performance, SEO through content/keywords, and analyze ROI and key marketing stats.
  • Liaise with sales, sales director, and other departments to support integrated campaigns and communications.

Requirements

  • UK-based for remote work
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Has managed or mentored team members
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously and on initiative
  • Excellent communication, creative, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of integrated marketing operations
