What you will do

• Own the paid social strategy and execution for the Spanish market across bingo and casino acquisition.
• Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets and deliver against CPA, ROI, LTV, and volume targets.
• Brief creative teams to develop market-relevant assets tailored to Spanish audiences.
• Partner with Brand, Compliance, and regional teams to align market activities.
• Analyze performance using GA4 and Excel to inform scaling and testing decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within gambling, betting, or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta and Snapchat Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, platform reporting tools, and Excel.
• Experience with the Spanish market; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Understanding of Spanish gambling regulations and their impact on paid social.
• Experience launching or scaling campaigns in new markets.
