Affiliate Account Manager

Location: Hybrid in Gibraltar (Waterport Wharf). Must be authorized to work in Gibraltar without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Coordinate affiliate support and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Develop marketing plans, manage budgets, and execute campaigns.
• Recruit new affiliates through research, events, and negotiations.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and optimize programs using data.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and prevent fraud.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak) mandatory.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, recruitment, and performance optimization.
• Willingness to work extra hours and adjust to various time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate platforms, tools, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
