What you will do

• Drive affiliate outreach and engage new partners through networking and outbound efforts
• Present value propositions, negotiate commercials, and create scalable playbooks
• Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition tactics
• Review tools and processes for automation, scalability, and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with acquisition team, safeguard brand visibility, and document best practices
• Monitor affiliate activity to prevent traffic cannibalisation

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record managing high-performing affiliate relationships
• Well-connected in the iGaming space, particularly in the U.S. market
• Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional travel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, grasp of postbacks, pixels, and partner implementation
• Tech-savvy with marketing tracking systems like Appsflyer and affiliate platforms
• Familiar with SEO content and tools, strategic thinker with marketing mix understanding
