What you will do

• Manage digital paid marketing campaigns focusing on high ROI for company partners.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with media and digital mix.
• Maintain brand positioning, voice, and identity across digital platforms.
• Handle budget management, tracking expenditures, and ROI.
• Execute paid search, social campaigns, and programmatic advertising.
• Collaborate with retention team for complete customer experience and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Conduct competitive analysis and manage marketing tools like Google Tag Manager and Analytics.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with C2 English proficiency.
• 1+ years B2C performance marketing experience.
• Practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime to align with global partners.
• Open to travel as required.
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or equivalent; strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
