What you will do

• Participate in the RFP process for field service technical and mechanical services and prepare technical quotations.
• Create and manage service projects within LN, including technical advisory, parts, and labor.
• Manage the financial cycle: code and process Basware invoicing and monitor project backlogs.
• Handle purchase orders for vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Schedule field personnel and create work orders for technical and mechanical projects.
• Maintain reporting processes and conduct data analysis for future historical bidding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and bills-of-material.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Proficiency in business systems and general computer literacy.
• Must be based in the USA.
