What you will do

• Drive the development of the field and site service function in alignment with business strategy.
• Lead planning, resourcing, dispatching, and coordination of site services within the assigned region.
• Ensure successful execution of service projects and support agreements, meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Oversee a broad scope of services, including maintenance shutdowns, improvement projects, and capital projects.
• Manage and develop the partner network in collaboration with the global supply organization.
• Collaborate with sales and product management to support solution development and new customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field leading teams.
• Must be living and authorized to work in the United States and Canada.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
