What you will do

• Own recruitment end-to-end for tech, game development, and creative roles
• Conduct active talent search and sourcing
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and studio leadership
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience
• Act as a trusted advisor, rethinking requirements, adjusting search strategies, and guiding process decisions

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in games recruitment, knowledge of studios, roles, and talent sources
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment with strong closing ability
• Advanced sourcing skills
• Strong stakeholder management, including pushing back and setting expectations
• Ability to work independently without much guidance
