What you will do

• Lead sourcing, onboarding, and management of new suppliers, focusing on FixFlo Contractor Marketplace to support operational growth.
• Drive service and cost optimisation, supplier renewals, contract management, and economies of scale.
• Deliver improvements in audit, compliance, risk management, and business continuity for key partners.
• Develop supply chain standards, policies, digitisation tools, and performance dashboards.
• Manage relationships with property service providers, oversee KPIs, rent reviews, and occupancy maximisation.
• Own governance for supply chain compliance with regulations like Awaab’s Law and maintain building safety information.

Requirements

• Property management expertise in scaling operations, compliance, customer service, and financial performance.
• Strong supplier management experience with low-risk property suppliers and KPI standards.
• Commercial acumen for negotiation, cost optimisation, and value-for-money evaluation.
• Risk and control judgement, data analytical capability for MI interpretation and decision-making.
• Stakeholder management, organisation, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environment.
• Digital fluency with AI tools and platforms like ARIBA.
