Location: Hybrid - Must be based in London, UK (Tuesday to Thursday in the office)

What you will do

• Develop the procurement and logistics function, establishing processes and resilient supplier relationships.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including selection, evaluation, and price negotiations for hardware.
• Drive the end-to-end purchase order process and maintain accurate procurement records and forecasts.
• Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarders, and ensure import/export compliance.
• Manage RMA processes, claims, and credit notes with suppliers efficiently.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and proactively manage supply chain risks and constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within GPU, cloud, or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure and the specific supply dynamics of high-performance computing.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including cost modelling, contract negotiation, and pricing management.
• Experience managing end-to-end international logistics and customs compliance.
• High level of ownership and problem-solving capability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, finance, and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling procurement or logistics functions in a fast-growing business.
• Exposure to AI/ML hardware procurement or GPU-specific supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement management systems.
