What you will do

• Build client relationships, understand usage and requirements to deliver tailored analytics solutions and ensure high retention.
• Troubleshoot complex portfolio issues and serve as subject matter expert on Axioma risk analytics across asset classes.
• Own client onboarding, training, and showcase solutions to prospects to drive growth in Americas.
• Coordinate internal activities to enhance client experience and identify opportunities for product development.
• Interact with quantitative research, operations, and product teams as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering).
• 3-5 years in quantitative finance, preferably similar role.
• Solid knowledge of risk modelling, analytics across asset classes, pricing models (CDS, IRS, FX Derivatives).
• Experience with granular/factor risk models, portfolio optimization, performance attribution.
• Understanding of APIs/web services; basic programming in SQL, Excel, Python, Java, C#.
• Great English communication skills; ability to work on-site 2x per week in New York or Boston.
