Senior Innovation Research Specialist (AI)

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annual base salary plus target bonus

What you will do

• Define visions for new products, services, and businesses during the 0-1 development phase.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop business cases with market analysis, ROI, P&L, and free cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with product management to prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops and Design Sprints in on-site and online formats using Mural and Miro.
• Translate research inputs into evidence-based recommendations and communicate concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a consultant, researcher, product manager, product designer, strategist, or in an equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of research design, ethnographic methods, customer experience, and business case development.
• Experience with TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and product roadmaps.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Experience with design-thinking workshops, Design Sprint facilitation, and wireframing using Figma or Balsamiq.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompting techniques for accurate, independent, and sourceable research outputs.
