What you will do

• Support connectivity customer migrations by tracking timelines, statuses, and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Operations, and customers to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain migration documentation and prepare weekly updates.
• Streamline routine sales processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable to track overdue invoices and payments.
• Escalate collection issues to reduce revenue delays.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Information Systems.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Work must be performed in an office environment.
