What you will do

• Support the development and creation of content for the website, social media, and podcasts.
• Organize, manage logistics, and deliver live events across the UK.
• Maintain relationships with leading UK professional organizations in early years, child development, and speech and language.
• Ensure all output complies with hirify.global editorial, technical, design, and accessibility standards.
• Edit and produce short films and graphics for digital platforms.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the production team.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with a diverse range of contributors, from families to subject matter experts.
• Strong knowledge of the UK parenting content landscape and audience needs.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) to create and manage web pages.
• Proficiency in editing and producing short films and graphics for web and social media.
• Flexibility to travel and attend events across the UK.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
