Portuguese Payroll Implementation Specialist

Location: Granada, Spain. Hybrid working model combining home and office work.

What you will do

• Act as the intermediary between clients in Portugal and the technical implementation team.
• Gather, review, and clarify payroll implementation requirements.
• Agree on system configuration and support implementation activities.
• Support unit testing, parallel payroll runs, and data migration.
• Occasionally support payroll consulting activities, including employee changes, incidents, terminations, and payroll calculations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration and Portuguese labour legislation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Analytical skills, accuracy, organisation, and interest in software applications.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with clients and learn.
• Degree in Labour Relations or an IT-related qualification is valued.

• Experience with payroll consulting activities and payroll calculation.
