TL;DR
IT Support Specialist: Provide support for macOS, Windows, and complex SaaS issues for a global remote team with an accent on asset management, cybersecurity enforcement, and user training. Focus on developing knowledge bases, managing onboarding/offboarding, and overseeing patch management and incident response.
Location: Remote from Serbia only. Unable to consider applications from outside Serbia.

What you will do
- Provide support for macOS, Windows, and complex SaaS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base and technical documentation.
- Support employees with IT training and guidance for technology adoption.
- Maintain hardware/software asset tracking, lifecycle, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding for hardware and SaaS platforms.
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and assist with incident response.
- Oversee OS and software patch management.
Requirements
- Fluent/Advanced English with proficient written skills for documentation
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support/SysAdmin roles
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows/macOS system administration
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (ManageEngine, Jamf, Intune)
- Ability to train and assist users with IT tools
