What you will do

• Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online for multiple U.S. franchise businesses.
• Process and reconcile bank deposits, feeds, credit cards, and loans.
• Prepare recurring journal entries for commissions, COGS, and month-end adjustments.
• Generate P&L reports and track job profitability.
• Communicate with franchise owners regarding financial records and inquiries.
• Support compliance documentation and tax preparation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience supporting U.S. businesses.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hardware: Intel i5, 8GB RAM, and stable 100 Mbps internet with backups.

Nice to have

• Experience with franchise or multi-location business accounting.
• Familiarity with ServiceMinder or similar field service software.
