Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the North Sydney office

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical sales motion for strategic APAC opportunities, from discovery to deployment.
• Design and run high-quality evaluations and POCs that tie platform capabilities to operational and financial outcomes.
• Deliver tailored demos and narratives for C-suite and technical stakeholders, highlighting AI, automation, and survey tools.
• Build APAC-specific technical assets, including reference architectures, implementation checklists, and ROI narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide data-backed customer insights from the APAC region.
• Conduct site visits to validate capture plans and guide the safe use of drones and 360 cameras.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or construction management roles overseeing site logistics.
• Proven AEC background with experience implementing reality capture, project controls, or BIM/VDC SaaS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a relevant drone certification (e.g., Australian RePL) within 90 days.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across Australia and APAC.
• Strong track record of presenting complex commercial proposals to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS security and integration patterns.
• Experience mentoring internal teams or partners on technical workflows and best practices.
