What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders and developers as their technical advisor.
• Translate customer needs into solution designs, best practices for rollout, prompts, and context.
• Deliver presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops tailored to customers.
• Advocate for customers internally to shape roadmap and escalate feedback.
• Collaborate on onboarding, strategic planning, and expansion with technical validation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and executive presence for coding with developers and presenting to CTOs.
• Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, engineering orgs, and developer productivity.
• Hands-on technical fluency in workflows, AI tooling, and debugging.
• Customer-focused with ability to link technical details to business impact.
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or enterprise software Consulting.
