Salary: £55,000 - £85,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex systems and the AI tooling ecosystem for all engineering teams.
• Design and architect MCP servers, security controls, and plugin ecosystems.
• Drive the architectural vision for key features and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Implement automated testing and rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality, performant tooling.
• Translate complex projects into executable tasks within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• Significant experience developing software in an agile environment with clean code.
• Expertise in scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React.js or React Native.
• Valid UK work authorization is required; no sponsorship offered.
