What you will do

• Plan, manage, and implement website updates and Salesforce integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and API-related issues.
• Optimize channel partner tools and internal reporting processes to support growth.
• Monitor portal metrics to track performance and user engagement.
• Create and maintain training documentation for CRM and partner tools in multiple formats.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Legal, Sales Operations, and Web developers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in website management and CRM integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with web content management systems (Umbraco preferred).
• Understanding of API development, website security, and Salesforce workflows.
• Strong project management and oral/written communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JavaScript frameworks, and UI libraries.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Deep understanding of data flows between websites and CRMs.
