What you will do

• Analyze RCM workflows to identify opportunities for LLM-based automation, analytics, and process optimization.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop Python pilots using Azure OpenAI services.
• Evaluate LLM output quality, test prompts, refine inputs, and support production-ready requirements.
• Participate in design and testing of GenAI pilots, RAG workflows, intelligent agents, and AI decision support tools.
• Prepare insights, feasibility assessments, and recommendations for product direction and business cases.
• Assess data sources, validate quality, and ensure compliance with governance and regulations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in analytics, data-driven problem solving, or AI/automation-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows, pain points, and regulations.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, Python pilots).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure OpenAI, and Azure ecosystem tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferred in Computer Science or Analytics.
• Must be inquisitive, open to AI innovation, and available for travel/onsite work as needed.
