What you will do

• Help build hirify.global's prompt generation, defining guardrails and determining how the agent should respond to questions or comments from the stakeholder it is talking to.
• Focus on the AI logic required to convert unstructured call summarizations into high-quality, clinical-grade SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes.
• Leverage foundation models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet to extract structured clinical facts from live transcripts.

Requirements

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-X) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) and Python.
• Experience with Azure (AI Foundry)
• Interest in healthcare technology and clinical documentation workflows.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a private work area for HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete Information Security/HIPAA training upon hire.
